Practicing your hockey shot at home is so important; we often don't get enough shots in on the ice during regular team practices. However, you also need to get the most out of your home shooting practice. In this video I show you the materials you need to get set up properly, talk about how to structure your workout to make it as effective as possible, and break down my own shot in slow motion, so that you can see what you need to be looking for when trying to improve your technique. Get those reps in at home, train effectively, and you'll notice a difference when you hit the ice again!
