The second part of my powerskating transitions tutorial, focusing on transitioning from backward to forward skating. I show you two variations, with and without a crossover, which are both important skills to have for various situations in a hockey game. After going over the skills without a puck, I also show you how to do the transitions with a puck, and give you a few different options regarding puck handling during the transition.
